Prefabricated Facade Ornaments
We offer full production of façade ornaments based on our own designs or entirely tailored to the client’s concept. Each piece is crafted with precision, historical awareness, and a solid understanding of structural and installation requirements.
Our ornaments can be manufactured mainly in highly durable GFRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete). Our workflow covers every stage — from sculpting and mold-making to casting and final finishing — ensuring long-lasting, stable, and visually refined elements that elevate the architectural identity of any building.
What is GFRC?
GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) is a lightweight, high-performance composite material made from cement, fine aggregates, polymers, and alkali-resistant glass fibers. The fibers significantly increase tensile strength and flexibility, making GFRC ideal for detailed architectural elements that require both durability and reduced weight.
Why GFRC is excellent for handcrafted prefabricated façade ornaments:
Lightweight compared to traditional concrete, which makes transport and installation easier — especially for large or high-mounted ornaments.
High tensile and impact strength, allowing thin yet strong sections and crisp, detailed sculptural work.
Excellent durability and weather resistance — it performs well against moisture, freeze–thaw cycles, and UV exposure.
Dimensional stability, meaning ornaments maintain shape and surface quality over time.
Versatile surface finishes, from smooth classical stucco-like textures to stone-like or highly detailed sculptural surfaces.
Suitable for both small and very large elements, thanks to its strength-to-weight ratio.
Overall, GFRC allows handcrafted ornamental designs to remain precise, long-lasting, and structurally reliable while significantly reducing weight and installation complexity.
